We have been working with our soil for years by balancing micro and macro-nutrients with the use of our rich aged compost. This compost is full of life giving nutrients and beneficial micro-organisms that build our soil to levels that produce the tastiest nutritious vegetables that you may ever taste. We grow fruits, vegetables and herbs from Arugula to Zucchini. They are grown in their natural seasons, which produce a nutrient dense food full of flavor. Our fruits and vegetables are hand picked when plant ripened and sold to our customers within 12 to 24 hours of harvest.
